AFPL has been using the LMS platform developed by M2i for training of its staff under various business units. In March 2023, AFPL wanted M2i to develop a new LMS platform with enhanced features and capabilities. M2i developed the LMS platfomr which inlcluded the web version as well as the mobile application capable of advanced features for training staff of Business Units in separate environments. The platform providedes interactive videos, AI based facial recognition system and several other features on performance managemnet, monitoring and reporting.
