North Eastern Development Finance Corporation (NEDFI) is a development finance institutions providing finance to the organisations operating in the North Eastern regions of India. NEDFI wanted to build capacities of the front line staff of its partners. M2i designed series of four E Learning courses for the staff members of the partner organisations of NEDFI. These courses are being delivered using NEDFI M2i mobile application. The Training courses include a combination of e-books, videos, texts and web references. Pre and post quizzes are used to gauge extent of learnings of the participants. Certificates are issued to the participants to recognise course completion. Delivery of the first course has been completed. The remaining three training courses are scheduled between October and December 2020.
