Trustea is an initiative to transform the Indian tea industry based on the globally accepted sustainability principles by implementing a sustainability code for the Indian Tea Industry. The trustea program is currently convened by IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative. Initiative Development Hub LLP wanted to develop a Results Measurement Framework for Trustea. This would include defining a clear Theory of Change (TOC) for the trustea programme and development of measurement indicators at activities, outputs, ouctomes and impact level.M2i was involved advised IDH and Trustea in developing the RMF. M2i specifically worked on:
1.Defining the Theory of Change
2. Defining indicators which clearly reflect inputs, activities and outputs
3.Defining Outcomes focusing at capturing short term outcomes (1 year), medium term outcomes (3-5 years), long term (beyond 5years)
4.Defining outcomes that indicate behavioral change
5. Defining Impact level indicators
6.Defining roles and processes within the existing organisation structure for data collection and reporting aganst the indicators
