Initiative Development Hub LLP, Netherlands wanted to have a clear Results Management Framework (RMF) for its T&M Business Unit working across various countries. The RMF framework would include the Theory of Change and Measurement Indicators to be developed at Activities, Outputs, Outcomes and Impact level along with the Assumptions and data gathering processes.
M2i worked on:
1.Constructing a clear TOC for arriving at positioning statements and strategic focus areas
2.Defining indicators to measure inputs, activities and outputs
3.Defining indicators at Outcomes and Impact Indicators as well as Assumptions
4. Documenting the RMF into process document
